Uliane Tatit is a Brazilian 29-year-old filmmaker and journalist. Based in Barcelona, she works as a film director, screenwriter and community manager. Her short "Juanita" (2025) premiered at the 75th Berlinale, a project financed by ICEC (Institut Català de les Empreses Culturals). She is currently developing "Boa Nai", her debut feature film, that was selected for the III Edición del Agapi Impulsa Copros lab, in Galicia, Spain.
As the director and writer of "As Dúas en Punto" (2022), her student short film premiered at the XVIII International Women in Film and Television 2022 in CDMX, Mexico. The project was also presented at the XIII Ca' Foscari Short Film Festival in Venice, Italy, and at the XXV Mecal Pro, the Barcelona International Short and Animation Film Festival. Also in Spain, the movie won the Audience Award at the VIII MAAM Docs in Madrid. "As Dúas en Punto" is already available on Filmin.
In Brazil, her short film "Margarida decide falar" (2021) won the grant from “Mostra Vidas Femininas”, organized by the Museu da Pessoa and the Secretaria de Cultura de São Paulo. She also had a production company, 4 Cobras, where she was one of the executive producers for the Uber+Easylife case at Rock in Rio 2022. As a screenwriter, she authored the short film and series "Destinos Mágicos," created by Henry and Klauss (Globoplay). And has also written short pieces for Xiaomi, C6 Bank, AstraZeneca, and Ernst Young (2021-2023). Besides that, she current works for the digital department at Opko Health Europe (Barcelona, Spain).
Uliane Tatit was graduated at Film Direction at the Escola de Cinema de Barcelona (ECIB - Spain) and Journalism at the Universidade Positivo (Brasil). Her projects prioritize political narrative and are committed to telling stories about women.
